“Is that her?”
i love this part, you know why i love this part? because he represents a bird, He stuffs those birds in his offfice that are lower in the food chain demonstrating that he is a bird of prey. He is constantly perched behind the main desk like a bird, always watching, peeking through a hole in the wall to watch her.
But this part, this FREAKING part is so beautiful
because what does this look like?
thats right a beak Hitchcock used a normal part of human anattomy to physically represent that he is a bird of prey. Not to mention the movement of him chewing moves his neck lmuch ike a bird would. But!! the most important part is why he looks like a bird. He resembles a bird in this specific scene because they are discussing his victim! his prey! It brings out the bird in him and i cannot help but love how visually perfect this movie is that is all good bye.
